First Financial Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Member Service Representative for our Montclair branch to assist members with accounts, loans, and services. You will promote products and resolve member questions by phone and in person, while supporting back-office operations and basic teller tasks.

The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment within a California educational community-focused credit union.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least two years banking experience or six months in New Accounts/Consumer Loans; real estate experience preferred.
• Six months customer service and cash handling experience; ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on accounts, services, and products; promote cross-sell and meet sales targets.
• Interview members for loans and open accounts; process loan documents and disbursements.
• Prepare audits and correct journal entries as needed; resolve member issues quickly.
