Qualifications

• Two to three years of financial institution experience in New Accounts, Sales and Consumer Loan origination.
• Knowledgeable in new accounts and lending policies and procedures.
• Solid knowledge of sales and referral technique a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop member relationships by providing high-quality sales and service to each member.
• Explain account types and assist with online banking and other digital services.
• Open and service accounts including basic business accounts and IRAs.
• Recommend products and services to meet member needs and cross-sell credit union offerings.
• Process loan applications, explain dispositions, and follow up on loan closings.
• Maintain compliant and timely service, adhere to policies and procedures.
