Qualifikationen

• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation.
• General office equipment such as calculators, computers, photocopiers, and scanners.
• Requires standing for 5+ hours a day with ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional member service while answering questions and accurately processing routine member teller transactions.
• Proficient in the use of Symitar, cash recyclers, check scanning, PSCU, Star Station, Synapsis, and TimeTrade.
• Maintains cash & negotiables, follows cash drawer limits, and performs nightly balancing.
• Assist members with requests such as file maintenance, Courtesy Pay, Wire transfers, PRD, Direct Deposit, Check ordering, stop payments, issuing temporary checks, instant issue debit cards, change of address.
• Initiates conversations and refers opportunities to deepen financial relationships.
