Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Manager to join the Juan Tabo branch. You will lead Teller and Financial Platform operations, act as a trusted financial advisor, and coach a team to deliver exceptional member service.

You\'ll oversee daily branch activities, drive needs-based sales, develop staff, manage hiring and performance, and ensure accurate service delivery aligned with organizational goals. This is a full-time role in a values-driven culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• One to three years of similar or related experience in retail banking.
• Associate's Degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Teller and Financial Platform operations to meet member needs.
• Provide consultative, needs-based financial advisory to members.
• Develop staff through coaching, huddles, and department meetings.
• Oversee hiring, training, development, and performance within the department.
• Ensure efficient branch operations and handle problem resolution within authority.
