Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Financial Consultant for our Taos Branch. You will work 37-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, delivering consultative financial guidance to existing and potential members.

As part of the team, you will educate members on products and services, refer to specialized departments when needed, and support teller operations with a high degree of accuracy. This role emphasizes exceptional service and community-focused banking.

Qualifikationen

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Aufgaben

• Assist members with financial needs using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Educate members on value-added products/services to meet individual needs, including accounts and consumer loans.
• Refer members to specialized departments as needed.
• Support the Teller line as needed.
• Handle problem resolution within your authority.
• Process transactions accurately per policies and regulations.
