Responsibilities

• Assist Market Leader in meeting daily goals through personal and staff production.
• Lead, direct, and coach all branch personnel to achieve sales, service and risk goals.
• Direct day-to-day branch activities including budget, personnel and compliance.
• Ensure operations are accurate, timely and compliant with policies.
• Manage service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of financial products and procedures; adhere to risk controls.
