You will mentor inside sales staff, support outside sales, ensure accurate financial processing, and maintain timely reports. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, teamwork, and adherence to company policies across the branch.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience with Profit and Loss management and KPIs.
• Retail/industrial distribution background preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally 125 lbs with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to meet sales and margin goals.
• Promote sales, deliver excellent customer service, monitor inventory and expenses.
• Lead training for inside sales, ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with outside sales and nurture client relationships.
• Ensure accurate daily financial processing and reporting.
• Maintain back orders, open orders, and PO expediting reports.
• Develop staff, conduct performance reviews, and mentor under HR guidelines.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and align team with policies.
