You will be responsible for coordinating resources, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving business growth through staff development and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role related to Body Shop or Service.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and ensure clean, professional facilities.
• Lead teams across service, lease, rental, parts and sales as applicable.
• Provide weekly updates to owners on location performance and needs.
• Interact with customers, provide repair estimates, and communicate with insurers.
• Schedule technicians to meet workload and ensure proper payments.
