Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Indianapolis to start a structured 18–24 month paid training path. After training, you will manage your own branch and typically relocate for promotion to Branch Manager with a full relocation package.

You will help customers reach financial goals by originating loans, educating on products, and guiding credit improvement and debt consolidation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include business, finance, sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer-relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a fast-paced team, and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet acceptable standards for criminal history, credit history, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligible for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion to Branch Manager; full relocation package for moves over 50 mi.

Responsibilities

• Go through an 18-24 month on-the-job paid training program and then manage a branch.
• Promote to Branch Manager typically requires relocation with a full relocation package.
• Help customers meet financial goals by originating loan business and advising on products.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement, and debt consolidation.
• Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales goal planning.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, and make credit decisions.
• Process loan closings and support insurance claim processing as needed.
