Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2 years' experience as Personal Banker.
• 2 years' supervisory/leadership experience.

• Oversee daily branch operations and staff in the absence of the branch manager.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures across all functions.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on service standards.
• Assist with hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
