Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in Birmingham, AL, offering a clear path to management and a compensation package that includes a base salary of $45,000 per year plus an uncapped annual bonus averaging $8,000.

The position is 100% onsite with excellent benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company match, relocation assistance, and disability coverage. Growth and internal promotions are regularly pursued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role. Full Relocation package is provided for moves more than 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in meeting their financial goals and originate loan business.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services, including credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales planning to meet goals.
• Help manage loan applications, risk analysis, and loan closings.
• Promote core values and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Relocate when promoted to Branch Manager and contribute to growth of the branch.
