Republic Finance, LLC is hiring for an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) role with a clear path to management. The position offers a competitive base salary of $45,000 per year with an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually, plus generous benefits and a relocation package for promotions.

This is a 100% onsite opportunity in the United States, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business, finance, sales or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance and clean driving record.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; relocation package for moves over 50 miles.
• Must pass criminal background, credit checks and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in meeting financial goals and originate new loan business.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and credit improvement.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis and make credit decisions.
• Recruit and train staff and help develop sales plans to meet goals.
• Promote our core values and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
