Job summary

Republic Finance in Alcoa, TN seeks an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager on-site with a clear path to management. The role offers a $45,000 base salary plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 and a strong benefits package.

You will learn branch operations through paid training, originate new loan business, evaluate applications, and help meet sales goals while delivering excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a fast-paced team and manage priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance and satisfactory driving record.
• Eligible for insurance licensing; relocation for promotion to Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and listening to needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services, credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and implementing plans to meet sales goals.
