You will…

• Prepare to lead an entire branch upon completing training.
• Manage operational tasks, including P&L statements and strategic investments for growth.
• Demonstrate leadership in developing others through relationship building, evaluations, coaching, and training.
• Maintain a service mindset to improve customer retention and uphold P.E.S.T. core values.
• Inspire your team to deliver outstanding service, protect public health, and pursue continuous improvement.
• Drive revenue, motivate team members, and foster personal development.
• Identify and develop talent across sales, service, and customer support roles.
• Be willing to work across all OPC branches in the North Region to gain comprehensive knowledge.
• Attend out-of-state training sessions as part of the program.
