We are seeking a Branch Manager Trainee to perform pest management services in the Lake Geneva and Burlington, WI service areas. These are full-time positions available year-round.

You will undergo extensive training to develop business acumen and lead a high-performing team, focusing on customer experience and revenue growth.

You will…

• Prepare to lead an entire branch after training completion.
• Demonstrate operational skills, including managing P&L statements and strategic investments.
• Proven leadership in developing others through relationship building, evaluations, coaching, and training.
• Maintain a service-oriented mindset to enhance customer retention and embody P.E.S.T. core values.
• Motivate your team to deliver exceptional service, protect public health, and pursue continuous improvement.
• Drive revenue growth, monitor daily activities, and foster personal development within your team.
• Identify and develop talent through recruitment, training, and support management.
• Willingness to rotate between branches in OPC’s North Region for comprehensive experience.
• Attend out-of-state training sessions as part of the program.
• Obtain pest management licensure.
