We are seeking a Branch Manager Trainee to perform pest management services in the Lake Geneva and Burlington, WI areas. These are full-time, year-round positions!

You will…

• Prepare to lead an entire branch upon completing your training
• Manage operational aspects, including Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and strategic investments for growth
• Develop leadership skills through relationship building, evaluations, coaching, and training
• Exemplify a service-oriented mindset aligned with P.E.S.T. core values
• Motivate your team to provide outstanding service, protect public health, and pursue continuous improvement
• Drive revenue growth and foster personal development within your team
• Identify and develop talent across sales, service, and support staff
• Be flexible to work across all branches in OPC's North Region to gain comprehensive knowledge
• Attend out-of-state training sessions as part of the program
• Obtain a pest management professional license
