The Branch Manager Trainee plays a vital role in fulfilling this mission. You will undergo extensive training to develop business acumen and lead a high-performance team, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will…

• Prepare to lead an entire branch upon completing your training.
• Show operational excellence, including managing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and strategic growth investments.
• Prove your leadership in developing others through relationship building, evaluations, coaching, and training.
• Exemplify a service mindset to retain customers and uphold P.E.S.T. core values.
• Inspire your team to deliver outstanding service, protect public health, and pursue continuous improvement.
• Drive revenue growth, motivate daily activities, and promote personal development within your team.
• Identify and develop talent during recruitment, selection, and training across sales, service, and customer support roles.
• Be flexible to work across OPC’s North Region branches to gain comprehensive knowledge.
• Attend out-of-state training sessions as part of the program.
