We are seeking a Branch Manager Trainee to perform pest management services in the Lake Geneva and Burlington, WI areas. This full-time position offers year-round employment.

Responsibilities

Our mission is to protect customer health and property with high-quality solutions delivered by passionate professionals. As a Branch Manager Trainee, you will be trained to lead a branch operation, focusing on customer experience, operational excellence, and revenue growth.

What You Will Do

• Prepare to lead a branch upon completing training
• Manage operational aspects, including P&L statements and strategic investments
• Develop leadership skills through team building, coaching, and training
• Deliver excellent customer service aligned with P.E.S.T. core values
• Drive revenue growth and motivate your team
• Recruit, select, and train staff across sales, service, and customer support
• Travel across OPC’s North Region for training and experience
• Obtain pest management licensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 4 years management experience
• Preferred: 3-5 years in service industry, 2 years in sales

Must maintain a valid driver’s license, pass background checks, and obtain pest licensure. Physical ability to perform job duties is required, including lifting up to 50 lbs., working in various weather conditions, and accessing confined spaces.
