This training will enhance your business skills to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

You will…

• Prepare to lead an entire branch upon completing training.
• Demonstrate operational excellence, including managing P&L statements and strategic growth investments.
• Prove your leadership skills in developing others through relationship building, evaluations, coaching, and training.
• Maintain a service-oriented mindset to ensure customer retention and uphold P.E.S.T. core values.
• Inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, protect public health, and pursue continuous improvement.
• Drive revenue growth, motivate your team, and promote personal development.
• Identify and develop talent in recruitment, selection, and training across sales, service, and customer support roles.
• Be flexible to 'float' between branches in OPC's North Region to gain comprehensive knowledge.
• Attend out-of-state training sessions with Rollins Corporation as part of the program.
