We are seeking a Branch Manager Trainee to perform pest management services in the Lake Geneva and Burlington, WI service areas. These are full-time, year-round positions.

Responsibilities

Our mission is to protect customers' health and property with high-quality solutions delivered by passionate professionals. The Branch Manager Trainee plays a key role in this by training to lead branch operations, managing customer relations, and driving revenue growth through excellent service and team leadership.

Key Duties

• Prepare to assume leadership of a branch upon training completion
• Manage operational tasks, including Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and strategic investments
• Develop leadership skills in coaching, relationship building, and staff evaluation
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with P.E.S.T. core values
• Inspire team members to achieve service excellence and health safety standards
• Drive revenue growth and motivate staff through daily activities and personal development
• Recruit, select, and train staff across sales, service, and customer support roles
• Willingness to work across all OPC branches in the North Region for comprehensive knowledge
• Attend out-of-state training sessions as part of the program
• Obtain pest management licensing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 4 years management experience, including managing teams
• Preferred: 3-5 years in service industry, 2 years in sales

Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, pass background check, physical exam, and drug screening.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to safely use ladders, lift up to 50 lbs., and access various work spaces
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Maintain pest licensing and driver's license throughout employment
