Job summary

Hoxton Circle is seeking a Branch Manager in Reading who is bilingual in Spanish to lead day-to-day operations at our facility. You will own full P&L, supervise the branch team, and ensure the site meets client contracts and quality standards.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will build a strong local bench, manage staffing and scheduling, conduct site inspections, nurture client relationships, and resolve escalations quickly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management experience in a multi-site or single-site service business.
• Proven P&L ownership and ability to read financial statements.
• Bachelor's degree in business/operations management or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for the branch, including labor cost, gross margin, and customer retention, and manage performance against budget.
• Directly supervise and develop the branch team, including supervisors, holding people accountable while building a strong local bench
• Ensure the branch is properly staffed, scheduled, and equipped to meet customer contract requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and customer walk-throughs, building strong client relationships and resolving escalations quickly and professionally

A fast-growing, private equity-backed facilities services platform is looking for a Branch Manager who's bilingual in Spanish to lead day-to-day operations at one of its locations. The business has an active acquisition strategy, folding well-run local operators onto a shared operational platform, and this role is responsible for running a stable, profitable branch that reflects the company's standards from day one. Reporting to senior leadership, this is a hands-on operating role for someone who wants full ownership of a business unit.

What You'll Be Doing

Who You Are

• Proven P&L ownership, comfortable reading financial statements and managing to budget
• Strong people leader who builds trust quickly with teams and holds people accountable with care
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through, able to manage multiple workstreams at once
• Proficient with ERP or field operations platforms
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or equivalent experience
