Job summary

Hoxton Circle is hiring a Branch Manager to take full ownership of one Pennsylvania branch of a fast-growing, investment-backed facilities services platform. You will lead a front-line team, own the P&L, and drive growth as the platform expands across the Mid-Atlantic.

You\'ll manage labor costs and gross margins, ensure staffing and service levels against contracts, and protect customer relationships to drive retention.

Qualifications

• GM or branch management experience in the janitorial industry, or a very similar multi-site service business such as facilities or building services.
• Based within commuting distance of the branch. This is a four to five days on-site role.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a strong plus given the front-line workforce.

A fast-growing, investment firm-backed facilities services platform is hiring a Branch Manager to take full ownership of one of its Pennsylvania branches. This is a hands-on leadership role for an operator who wants to run their own P&L, lead a front-line team, and grow as the company expands across the Mid-Atlantic.

You'll own the branch end to end: the numbers, the people, the customers, and the day-to-day operations. You'll manage labor cost and gross margin, keep accounts staffed and serviced to contract, and protect the customer relationships that drive retention. It's a real business-within-a-business, with a clear path to grow as the platform adds branches.

What we're looking for:

Beyond that, you'll bring solid P&L ownership, the ability to build trust with front-line teams and hold people accountable, and comfort working in an ERP or field operations platform (WinTeam experience is a plus).

Compensation package consists of: Base salary depending on experience, plus performance bonus, mileage reimbursement, full medical/dental/vision, and 401(k) with company match.
