• Conduct quality audits and implement improvements.
• Support sales efforts and contribute to business growth.
• Oversee payroll and labor forecasting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the service industry.
• 3+ years in operations or branch management.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/payroll systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
