Job summary

Hoxton Circle is seeking a Branch Operations Manager for a Philly Metro branch. This hands-on leader will own the P&L, guide a front-line team, and drive service excellence as the platform grows in the Mid-Atlantic.

You will manage the branch end-to-end, including labor cost, margins, customer relationships, and contract staffing, with a clear pathway to expansion across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• GM or branch management experience in the janitorial industry, or a very similar multi-site service business such as facilities or building services.
• Based within commuting distance of the branch. This is a 4-5 days on-site role
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a strong plus given the front-line workforce

A fast-growing, investment firm-backed facilities services platform is hiring a Branch Operations Manager to take full ownership of one of its Philly Metro branches. This is a hands-on leadership role for an operator who wants to run their own P&L, lead a front-line team, and grow as the company expands across the Mid-Atlantic.

You'll own the branch end to end: the numbers, the people, the customers, and the day-to-day operations. You'll manage labor cost and gross margin, keep accounts staffed and serviced to contract, and protect the customer relationships that drive retention. It's a real business-within-a-business, with a clear path to grow as the platform adds branches.

What we're looking for:

• GM or branch management experience in the janitorial industry, or a very similar multi-site service business such as facilities or building services

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a strong plus given the front-line workforce

Beyond that, you'll bring solid P&L ownership, the ability to build trust with front-line teams and hold people accountable, and comfort working in an ERP or field operations platform (WinTeam experience is a plus).

Compensation package consists of: Base salary depending on experience, plus performance bonus, mileage reimbursement, full medical/dental/vision, and 401(k) with company match.
