Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales capacity with a proven leadership record.

• Understanding of financial statements and consumer credit concepts.
• Ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business.
• Ability to influence partners across lines of business and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch team, coach performance, and ensure product knowledge.
• Engage outside small business clients and build COI networks locally.
• Grow business through retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls; manage operations.
• Staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, and Saturdays as needed.
