Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years sales leadership experience.
• Small business deposit/credit experience.
• Understanding of financial statements and concepts.
• Knowledge of consumer credit and loan-to-value concepts.
• Experience leveraging COIs to promote business.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team to deliver distinctive client service and drive growth.
• Engage with small business clients and develop community COIs.
• Grow business via retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics.
• Coach and manage performance with the branch team.
• Ensure regulatory, security, and internal control compliance.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and onboarding of new teammates.
• Adhere to branch playbook and drive branch goals.
