The role requires 1+ year of supervisory experience and 2+ years in banking/financial services. Schedule is Mon-Fri with some Saturday hours; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Banking Services Manager/Consultant, Financial Services Representative or similar position required.
• 1+ years’ leadership/supervisory experience required; assistant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Retail Banking operations at the assigned branch.
• Inspire and manage the branch team to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Coach staff through a structured process to develop skills and performance.
• Monitor business results and lead the branch to meet sales, service and growth goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with small business customers and cross-sell products.
