Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in heavy-duty truck parts industry.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to hire, supervise, and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Hire and supervise branch staff to meet role qualifications.
• Plan work schedules and maintain staffing levels.
• Communicate procedures and ensure compliance.
• Evaluate employee performance annually.
• Lead monthly sales meetings and review EBIT and territory plans.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and daily posting of receipts/invoices.
• Oversee customer service and ensure 100% order accuracy.
• Coordinate with credit for collections.
• Maintain branch appearance and safety compliance.
