Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience and 1 year leadership experience.
• OR a bachelor's degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• OR successful completion of the Branch Manager in Training (MIT) program and a minimum of 6 months of applied MIT experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and comfort with technology-driven banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the branch as a business owner – driving performance, managing resources, and supporting growth.
• Lead with accountability, drive sales goals, and measure results.
• Lead branch operations with a focus on deposit growth and referrals to wealth management.
• Deliver exceptional service, build client relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance.
