Job summary

Lookout Pest Control is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead our Nashville, TN South market and drive P&L performance across revenue growth and cost control. You will recruit and coach frontline teams, optimize field operations, manage fleet and inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of branch, district, or operations management experience in pest control or related field.
• Proven success managing P&L and achieving revenue targets.
• Ability to hire, develop, and retain frontline teams; valid driver’s license; licensing ability or current Georgia license.

Responsibilities

• Own full branch P&L, including revenue, expense management and profitability targets.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure branch health.
• Manage fleet, inventory, and resources for efficiency and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop service technicians, sales reps, and office staff.
• Coach regularly, conduct performance reviews, and lead field ride-alongs.
• Reduce turnover through proactive workforce planning and engagement.
• Drive branch revenue growth via new customer acquisition, route expansion, and retention.
• Collaborate with sales to set targets, track pipeline, and close commercial/residential accounts.
• Identify local market opportunities and grow market share in the greater Atlanta area.

Job description

At Lookout Pest Control, we're on a mission to protect homes and businesses across the Southeast with expert service, integrity, and a team-first culture. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven, experienced Branch Manager to lead our Nashville, TN South operations and take one of our most important markets to the next level.

What You'll Do

Operations & P&L Ownership

• Own full branch P&L, including revenue, expense management, and profitability targets
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective action plans to ensure branch health
• Manage fleet, inventory, and operational resources to maximize efficiency and minimize cost
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including safety and environmental standards
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a team of service technicians, sales representatives, and office staff
• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and field ride-alongs
• Reduce turnover through strong team engagement and proactive workforce planning
• Drive branch revenue growth through new customer acquisition, route expansion, and retention strategies
• Partner with sales staff to set targets, track pipeline activity, and close commercial and residential accounts
• Identify local market opportunities and develop strategies to grow market share across the greater Atlanta area
• Build and maintain relationships with key commercial accounts and community partners

Customer Experience

• Champion service quality and ensure customer satisfaction scores meet or exceed Lookout's benchmarks
• Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Uphold Lookout's brand standards in every customer interaction

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of branch, district, or operations management experience, preferably in pest control, home services, facilities management, or a related field
• Demonstrated success managing P&L and hitting revenue targets
• Strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining frontline teams
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with CRM and operations management software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain required state pest control licensing (or currently licensed in Georgia)
