Lookout Pest Control, LLC is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Crossville, TN operations. You will own the full branch P&L, drive revenue growth, and manage a diverse team of technicians, sales staff, and office personnel.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance across the Southeast region. You will recruit, coach, and develop talent, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to expand market share in the Crossville and greater

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of branch, district, or operations management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing P&L and hitting revenue targets.
• Strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining frontline teams.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and operations management software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain required state pest control licensing (or currently licensed in TN).

Responsibilities

• Own full branch P&L, including revenue, expense management, and profitability targets.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective action plans to ensure branch health.
• Manage fleet, inventory, and resources to maximize efficiency and minimize cost.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a team of service technicians, sales reps, and office staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and field ride-alongs.
• Reduce turnover through strong team engagement and workforce planning.
• Drive branch revenue growth through new customer acquisition, route expansion, and retention strategies.
• Partner with sales staff to set targets, track pipeline activity, and close accounts.
• Identify local market opportunities and grow market share in the Crossville/greater Atlanta area.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial accounts and community partners.
• Champion service quality and customer satisfaction; resolve escalated concerns.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven, experienced Branch Manager to lead our Crossville, TN operations and take one of our most important markets to the next level.

What You’ll Do

Operations & P&L Ownership

• Own full branch P&L, including revenue, expense management, and profitability targets
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective action plans to ensure branch health
• Manage fleet, inventory, and operational resources to maximize efficiency and minimize cost
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including safety and environmental standards

Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a team of service technicians, sales representatives, and office staff
• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and field ride-alongs
• Reduce turnover through strong team engagement and proactive workforce planning

Sales Growth

• Drive branch revenue growth through new customer acquisition, route expansion, and retention strategies
• Partner with sales staff to set targets, track pipeline activity, and close commercial and residential accounts
• Identify local market opportunities and develop strategies to grow market share across the greater Atlanta area
• Build and maintain relationships with key commercial accounts and community partners

Customer Experience

• Champion service quality and ensure customer satisfaction scores meet or exceed Lookout’s benchmarks
• Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Uphold Lookout’s brand standards in every customer interaction

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of branch, district, or operations management experience, preferably in pest control, home services, facilities management, or a related field
• Demonstrated success managing P&L and hitting revenue targets
• Strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining frontline teams
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with CRM and operations management software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain required state pest control licensing (or currently licensed in TN)

What We Offer

• Base salary: $70,000–$80,000, depending on experience
• Performance bonus: up to 50% of base salary,based on individual and branch performance goals
• Total earning potential: up to $105,000 to $120,00 per year
