Broadview FCU is seeking a Relationship Banker in the Capital Central Region to support Albany area branches. The role focuses on delivering outstanding member service, growing a profitable book of business, and fostering community relationships across multiple locations including Altamont and Colonie.

You will work with the Member Advantage approach, handle inquiries, promote channels, and participate in ongoing coaching and training to strengthen performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• 1–2 years of branch banking experience.
• Notary Public license and Signature Guarantee permissions within 6 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task to meet performance standards.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

• Advocate for members and enhance their experience with solutions.
• Attract new retail and business members and deepen existing relationships.
• Deliver exceptional service with accuracy and problem resolution.
• Support branch in growing a profitable book of business.
• Build relationships through community involvement and referrals.
• Participate in coaching, mentoring and training.
• Detect and report fraud or irregular activities.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.
• Achieve goals and objectives set by management.
