Greater Iowa Credit Union in Ames, IA is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee and grow our Southgate branch. You will manage delivery of credit union products and services aligned with our strategic plans and lead a service- and sales-oriented environment for members.

You will build community relationships, supervise staff, monitor branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and security procedures.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of retail financial experience, including 3 years in a management capacity and 1 year consumer lending.
• Ability to obtain or already hold a nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent in finance, banking or management.

Mansioni

• Mentor and coach branch staff to deliver prompt, high-quality member service and uphold branch goals and compliance.
• Assist membership with deposits, loans and service needs; resolve inquiries and complaints.
• Represent the branch and build the community network; support marketing and growth initiatives.
• Participate in interviewing and selection; manage staff performance regularly.
• Maintain a professional branch appearance and ensure safety and security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
