The Staff Pad is seeking a Branch Manager for the Grand Rapids, MI location to lead day-to-day branch operations, supervise sales and logistics teams, and drive growth with policy implementation and best practices.

You'll oversee inventory, customer service standards, and partner with Sales and Marketing to strengthen vendor relationships and go-to-market efforts. A strong track record in sales leadership and operations is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant sales experience with 1–3 years of management experience.
• Experience in low-voltage industries, particularly fire and life safety, video surveillance, access control.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations, oversee sales and logistics teams.
• Implement policies and best practices to drive efficiency and growth.
• Maintain customer service standards and report service concerns as needed.
• Oversee sales, shipping, receiving, repairs, inventory, and ERP systems.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to strengthen vendor relationships and training.
