Security Equipment Supply, Inc. (SES) in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Branch Manager to oversee all branch operations, including sales, logistics, staffing, and policy implementation.

You will partner with the Sales Manager to drive growth, manage inventory health, and ensure high customer service standards in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 5–7 years of relevant sales experience, 1–3 years of management experience, and knowledge of low-voltage industries.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain SES customer service standards and report variances to Sales/Operations Manager
• Oversee branch operations: sales, shipping, receiving and inventory control
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to train staff and plan go-to-market activities
• Prospect new customers and support branch growth initiatives
• Reduce slow moving stock and monitor inventory health (turns, surplus stock)
• Meet branch sales goals and mentor the sales team to achieve targets
• Coordinate with corporate for recruiting, onboarding and development of branch personnel
• Ensure accurate inventory, showroom upkeep, and timely administrative reporting
• Maintain open communication with Sales Manager and Corporate Office
• Ensure policy compliance and a safe, clean working environment
