Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, policy and compliance issues is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, mentor and train team members using effective communication and critical thinking.
• Identify financial resources for customers and direct them to suitable products and services.
