FAIRWINDSCredit Union’s Sanford Lake Forest branch seeks a Branch Manager to lead the team in delivering exceptional member service and managing daily operations. You’ll drive staff development, ensure adherence to service standards, and spearhead local business development initiatives.

You will oversee portfolio growth, community engagement, and contribute to a culture of care and financial freedom in the Sanford area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bank or credit union preferred.
• Availability to work during branch hours, including Saturdays as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations and daily functions to meet member and crewmember needs.
• Lead staffing, hiring, scheduling, evaluations, training, and coaching of crewmembers.
• Ensure consistent member service standards and embody the FAIRWINDSWay.
• Drive business development and cross-selling to achieve branch goals.
• Develop and monitor branch portfolio and drive community engagement.
