Job summary

FAIRWINDS Credit Union is seeking a Lead Member Service Representative at our Altamonte Springs branch. You will oversee teller line operations, serve as Manager On Duty, and mentor MSRs to ensure top-notch service.

In this role you will drive member engagement through consultative conversations, manage cash and branch assets, and resolve issues while maintaining policy adherence. A strong supervisory background in banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience within a financial institution.
• Experience supporting branch operations or leading a team.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent member service and driving referrals.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily teller line operations, including scheduling and on-the-job training.
• Act as Manager On Duty in absence of Branch leadership and handle end-of-day balancing.
• Serve as first contact for operational questions while ensuring policy compliance.
• Drive member engagement through consultative conversations and product recommendations.
• Coach and develop MSRs to meet or exceed performance expectations.
• Stay up-to-date on procedures, systems, and product offerings.
• Custodian of branch assets; perform internal control checks and manage cash levels.
• Assist or serve as ATM custodian; ensure functionality and reporting.
• Support members with account services, cash handling, and related requests.
