Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Step into the Branch Manager’s shoes during their absence, manage staff, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
• Team Supervision: Oversee Head Teller and Teller teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Branch Branding & Growth: Build a strong branch identity, promote sales initiatives, and champion exceptional customer service.
• Customer Engagement: Connect with clients and prospects, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure satisfaction with high standards.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Review and approve transactions, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Performance & Standards: Meet and exceed branch performance metrics, focusing on controls, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Professional Development: Enhance banking acumen and sales techniques through training.
