Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager in Austin, TX to lead the branch’s sales, service, and operations. You will coach a team, drive revenue, deepen customer relationships, and partner with internal teams to expand market presence.

You will oversee staffing, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a strong community presence while delivering exceptional service to both consumer and business customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year or more in a goal driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Licenses: This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including being required to provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers; refer to bank partners to deepen relationships.
• Lead a team to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Identify and present sales and service opportunities using available tools and technology.
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Develop community relationships and internal partnerships to drive business.
• Oversee recruitment and staffing to align with Huntington's culture.
• Ensure branch operations comply with policies, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate banking, investments, lending and sales leadership skills.
