Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1+ year in goal-driven retail sales leadership or a Bachelor's degree.
• Fingerprints/background check required under NMLS regulations.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing portfolio of high value consumer and business customers.
• Leads the team to provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to meet needs and deepen relationships.
• Recruiting/hiring process to ensure market staffing aligned with Huntington’s culture.
• Oversee operations, risk and regulatory compliance within the branch.
• Develop internal partnerships to drive business in the market area.
