Huntington's Martinez Branch is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all facets of branch sales, service and operations. You will coach the team, drive budgeted production goals, and deepen customer relationships while maintaining compliance and community involvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year or more in a goal driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Bachelor's Degree and previous management experience.
• Ability to lead branch sales, service, operations and financial performance within the branch and digital channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile banking and online banking services.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers.
• Lead the process of referring customers to other areas to meet needs and deepen relationships.
• Lead the team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Leverage tools to identify and present sales and service opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, tech and policies; educate team.
• Develop internal partnerships to drive business in the market area.
• Oversee recruitment/hiring to staff assigned market with Huntington culture.
• Ensure branch operations adhere to policies, procedures, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Understand branch sales, service, operations and financial performance.
