Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers and drive referrals to meet customer needs.
• Lead branch team to deliver excellent service, resolve issues, and achieve budgeted production goals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop staff; coach on processes and policies; ensure adherence to OCR and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop internal partnerships to drive business in the market and engage with the community.
• Manage branch operations, risk controls, and performance analytics.
