Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers.
• Lead team to achieve budgeted production goals and drive sales, service and operations across the branch.
• Refer customers to bank partners to deepen relationships and meet customer needs.
• Oversee recruitment/hiring to ensure staffing aligns with Huntington’s culture.
• Develop community relationships and drive local business through referrals.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with policies and OCR guidelines.
