Job summary

You will coach the team, drive budgeted production goals, and develop consumer and business relationships while coordinating referrals to partners to deepen market presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Licenses: background check requirements including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers and refer them to bank areas as needed.
• Lead team to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Identify sales and service opportunities and leverage tools to grow the branch.
• Ensure knowledge of all products, services, policies and technology; drive community relationships.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, and collaboration with partners to meet budgeted goals.
