Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all facets of the branch’s sales, service and operations. You will coach the team, drive budgeted production, acquire new consumer and business customers, and nurture relationships to deepen community ties.

You will oversee recruitment, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate with partners to meet banking goals while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and local market growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year or more in a goal driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Licenses: This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers and refer to other bank areas to meet needs.
• Lead team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Leverage tools to identify and present sales and service opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Develop key internal partnerships to drive business in the market area.
• Oversee recruitment/hiring to staff assigned market with culturally aligned colleagues.
• Ensure branch operations comply with policies and procedures and manage performance.
