Rexel USA in Nashville, TN, seeks a Branch Manager to lead the team and drive profitable, safe branch operations. You will oversee budgeting, sales initiatives, safety compliance, and strong customer/vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales/operations or similar B2B experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School or GED required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by utilizing company digital tools to maximize all aspects of branch performance.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Ensure branch personnel have the tools necessary to achieve highest levels of sales potential.
• Effectively manage branch P&L to meet or exceed total sales, gross income, and budgets.
• Implement branch security and safety standards by conducting facility and asset inspections and taking corrective actions.
• Remain knowledgeable about markets served, customers, vendors, and competitors.
• Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective customers and vendors, delivering excellent customer service.
• Conduct/oversee inventory control procedures and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Collaborate with partners, managers, sales, and marketing to support branch mission and growth goals.
• May fill in for branch and warehouse roles and make deliveries as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
