Airgas Hutchinson is seeking a Branch Manager II to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and maintain inventory while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes leading a team, supporting outside sales, and delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must operate in a drug-free workplace.
• Proven managerial experience in a customer-facing environment with P&L management and KPI usage to drive performance.
• Inventory management experience, including cycle counts or full physical inventories.
• Customer service focus and ability to nurture relationships with existing house accounts.
• Retail sales experience.
• Leadership experience with coaching and team development.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and strong communication skills.

• Oversee daily store operations to achieve sales and margin goals.
