Job summary

Fireside Hearth and Home, a unit of Hearth & Home Technologies, seeks a Branch Manager in Dallas, TX to lead branch operations, profitability, safety, and customer service for our hearth products business.

The role requires coordinating field operations, inventory management, scheduling, and collaboration with branch, hub, and sales teams while ensuring exceptional service and integrity in all activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support branch operations and teams, including daily oversight, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Foster collaboration between branch, hub, and sales teams.
• Manage working capital by overseeing inventory, audits, and A/R issues.
• Drive branch financial performance through labor management and cost control.
• Coordinate installation and service schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Provide field support during preview and post-view processes.
• Handle branch cash handling and reporting.
• Manage retail sales of Hearth products and services.
