Job summary

Fireside Hearth and Home in Dallas is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to drive sub-regional SQDC targets, lead Branch Managers, and ensure disciplined SOP execution across multiple locations. The role emphasizes cost control, logistics, and a reliable customer experience in a growing network.

You will coordinate operations, optimize quote-to-invoice processes, manage working capital, and uphold safety policies to deliver consistent performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing people in an operations environment.
• Strong operational leadership across multiple locations and branches.
• Experience managing costs, gross profit, and working capital.
• Ability to plan and execute logistics and capacity strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own KPI ownership and execute sub-regional operations strategy to achieve targets.
• Provide oversight of daily operations across multiple branches with SOP adherence.
• Hire, develop, coach, and manage Branch Managers.
• Build logistics and capacity plans to meet customer demand.
• Resolve escalated customer and operational issues and manage facilities.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety plan adherence; support investigations.
